I love this recipe because its quick and simple. I cooked this in less than 30 mins so you shouldn’t have a problem doing that.
4 Fresh Ripe Tomatoes
Smoked Chicken Sausages
1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Sweetcorn)
1 Tablespoon of Garlic and Ginger Paste
Place the Spaghetti in a pan and bring to boil. While that’s cooking, heat up your Wok and add a tablespoon of butter and olive oil then add in the onions. Once the onions have browned, add in sausages, tomatoes, salt, knorr cubes, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste, scotch bonnets, chilli flakes, thyme, parsley and let it simmer for about 20 mins. The spaghetti should be done by then. Drain it with a sieve and add it to the mixture. Stir well until its totally coated. Add a bit of water to the mixture as it will thicken. You might need to add more salt or knorr cubes if need be depending on how you want it to taste. Add the mixed vegetables and fresh coriander for another 5mins and there you have it!! Enjoy!!!! 🙂
