This is a very delicious way to start three course meal especially when you have guests. I always like to make little nibbles before the main is ready. Keeps everybody going :)….. Another easy recipe so enjoy!!!
4 Spring Onions
2 Knorr Cubes
2 Tablespoons of Ginger and Garlic Paste
3 Fresh Tomatoes
3 Scotch Bonnets
Season the niblets with salt and pepper then get a frying pan and heat it. Add in some Olive oil and fry the chicken until Golden Brown and set aside. Place the tomatoes, scotch bonnets, knorr cube, garlic and ginger paste and spring onions in and food processor and blend then set aside. Then heat another pan with a bit of olive oil, add in the sliced onions and some more chopped spring onions, when the onions are nice and soft, add in chicken and stir well. Add salt, thyme, mixed herbs and black pepper, then add the mixture to the chicken and make sure its well coated. Leave it for about 10 mins and then lastly add some freshly chopped coriander for flavour and Voila!!!!! There you have it!! 🙂
