Corned Beef Spaghetti With Mixed Vegetables

I love corned beef and for me, this is by far, one of the best ways to enjoy it. It’s simple, quick and very easy. Try it and I’m sure you’ll love it!

Ingredients

Corned Beef
Salt
Black Pepper
Thyme
Mixed Herbs
Knorr Cubes
2 Teaspoons Minced Ginger & Garlic
Scotch Bonnets & Sichuan Peppercorns
Soy Sauce
French Mustard
Onions
Unsalted Butter
Olive Oil
Mushrooms
Carrots
Peas
Turkey Salami or Sausage
Green Beans
Courgette

Method

Boil the spaghetti with a little bit of butter to add flavour (preferably Unsalted Butter). Heat up a Wok if you have one, (If not, use a normal pan) add the olive oil with some unsalted butter. Once it’s heated up, add onions, garlic, ginger and all the other herbs and spices to season well. Add the sausage or salami and stir for a few mins. Add some boiled water, (just a little bit) to give it some moisture then add all the vegetables, soy sauce, salt & black pepper. I always add the corned beef in last because it’s already cooked. Mix it well into the sauce to make sure it’s combined properly. The spaghetti should be done by now, (I usually cook mine for about 20mins) so drain the spaghetti and mix it well into the sauce. Let it simmer for about 5mins and voila!!! There you have it!! Corned Beef Spaghetti With Mixed Vegetables! Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
