Garlic Parmesan Chicken Fingers With Yoghurt Mint Dip




These Chicken fingers are the perfect things to snack on. It’s one of those things you eat when you just want to nibble on something. Not neccesarily when you are hungry; it’s healthy, crunchy yet so delicious! I hope like it.


2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Corn Flour or Almond Flour
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
4 Egg Whites
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
Freshly Chopped Coriander
Chilli Flakes
2 Knorr Cubes
Olive Oil Spray


Marinate the chicken with all your spices and herbs and set aside, then mix the corn flour and bread crumbs in one bowl. Dip each chicken strip into egg whites and then in your dry mix (breadcrumbs & corn flour. Place baking sheet or foil onto a baking tray and spray with olive oil spray. Let this bake for about 30-40mins. You can serve with any dip of your choice. I had mine with Yoghurt Mint sauce (Natural yoghurt, mint leaves, squeeze half a lemon, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together and that’s it)……Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
