I love Asian flavours and even though I am picky with seafood I do love prawns in any form. This is a healthy recipe which is light and easy to make. I got this recipe from a from shredding meals which is a fitness page I follow on Instagram. I really enjoyed it so I thought I’d share it with you too.. 🙂

Ingredients

1 Pound Shrimp
2 Stalks Spring Onions Chopped
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
Thumb Sized Fresh Ginger Finely Minced
Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (or to your taste)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Bamboo Skewers

Method

Place all the ingredients in a bowl together with the shrimp and mix properly. Skewer the shrimps unto the bamboo skewers. Place in the oven and grill on each side for about 5-10mins until browned. When cooked, place unto a plate and garnish with spring onions, chilli flakes or fresh chilli. Up to you!! Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
