Summer Macaroni Salad

Summary Macaroni Salad

This is a lovely recipe to eat on a nice warm day, I enjoy it most with grilled lamb chops or grilled chicken wings. This is because it’s nice and chilled and goes well with the hot meat.

Ingredients
Macaroni
Carrots (grated)
Onions (if you like)
Chopped Lettuce
SweetCorn
Tuna
1 Cup Light Low Fat Mayonaise
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Little Bit of Salt (to taste)
3 Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped
1 Stalk Celery Diced
1/4 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 Teaspoon Mustard
Method
Place macaroni in a pan and bring to boil for about 15-20mins and then drain. Get a large bowl, add the pasta and add all the ingredients to the macaroni until well coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve! Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
