I love pancakes!!!! Whether sweet or savoury, they’re delicious anyway. Sometimes I also love the very thick American pancakes so it really just depends on my mood. Here’s my recipe for these delicious french crêpes….

2 Eggs Lightly beaten
2 Cups Plain/all purpose Flour
1 1/3 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter (melted and optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Heat up a medium sized pan or skillet, then brush the pan with butter or oil using a pastry brush or a paper towel of you don’t have a pastry brush. Spoon about 3 spoons of the batter into the hot pan, tilting the pan to all sides so that it’s fully coated. Leave it for about 1-2mins until golden brown then flip it to the other side for a few seconds and Voilà!!!! There you have it! Super easy recipe! You can garnish with anything of your choice, I used Nutella chocolate spread, a little bit of icing sugar over the top,  whipped cream if you like and strawberries. Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
