Stir-Fried Noodles





This is a very simple Asian Inspired recipe. It doesn’t take anymore than 20 minutes. Very ideal for people who have had a long day from work, busy mothers, or those of you who are fasting during Ramadan. Hope you like it! 😉


150g pack medium egg noodles
Thumb sized piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 red pepper
2 spring onions, finely chopped
85g beansprouts (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 Chesnut Mushrooms
1 Chill (optional)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter


Soak the noodles in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes and drain. Heat up a Skillet or a Wok, add a bit of Olive oil and butter. Once heated, add onions and mushrooms, stir fry until softened. Add in the spring onions and the rest of the vegetables, then add ginger garlic, soy sauce and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Finally add the noodles and mix together until well combined. Easy peasy!! Bon Appétit!!!! 😘
