Grilled Lamb With Mashed Potatoes & Sautéed Spinach, Oyster Mushrooms & Gravy

I love mashed potatoes and usually I love them in a very British way. Bangers and Mash that is….. Today, I wanted it with lamb chops today and it was delicious. Anyway thought I’d share ;)!!
2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
Salt (to your taste)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Lamb Chops
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
Evaporated Milk
Bunch of fresh parsley or coriander
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Turmeric
Olive Oil
For the Spinach
Oyster Mushrooms
Salt (to your taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
Place the Lamb in a bowl and add all the ingredients to it, mix until well combined. Place in grill for about 30 minutes. While, That’s in the grill, peel the potatoes and rinse, add salt and bring to boil. Once cooked, drain and in a large bowl add the potatoes, butter, drizzle a little bit of evaporated milk and mash together. In a separate pan, heat up and add the olive oil, then saute the spinach and mushrooms. Only takes 5 Minutes. Once it’s done serve with gravy!! Bon Appétit!!!!
