This is a very fiery, delicious, spicy and easy recipe which does not take any more than 30 minutes. So if you’re hungry and you’ve had a long day, this is the recipe for you!!!!
2 Chicken Breasts (finely diced)
1 Bunch Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)
1 or 2 Onions (your choice)
2 Knorr Cubes
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Juice (2 Limes)
3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons Clear Honey
2 Chilli’s (scotch bonnet, optional)
2 Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Heat up a Wok or a pot, add the olive oil, onions and stir for about 5 minutes. Once the onions have softened, add the chicken as well as all the other ingredients exempt for the bell peppers and tomatoes. keep stirring for about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes keep stirring for another 5 -7 minutes. Lastly add the bell peppers and a little bit more fresh coriander then voilà!! Sprinkle some chilli flakes and sesame seeds over the top.
