I absolutely love chicken wings! It’s a great appetiser, always  leaves me wanting more!!!! This is a really easy recipe that won’t take much of your time at all so do enjoy!!
Ingredients

Chicken Wings
2 Knorr Cubes (or more, to your taste)
Salt (to your taste)
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Onion
Hot BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Chilli (to your taste, I used about 4 scotch bonnets)

Method

Place the chicken wings in a pan and bring to boil, add the onions and spices and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Take off heat and drain out the stock from the wings (you can freeze the stock and use it for something else another time). Pre-heat the oven to about 250degrees and, mix the bbq sauce with chilli and cote the wings in the sauce. Grill in the oven until done! Takes about 25- 30 minutes. Do remember to turn over once browned on one side about half way through! Bon Appétit!!!! 🙂
