This is a really easy recipe especially for my fish lovers. Salmon is easy to cook as it is but this is an even better way to enjoy it. Like all my recipes, this is quick and simple yet super delicious. Here’s the recipe and I hope you like it!! 😊
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 or 2 Tablespoons Hot Chilli Sauce (you can use any, either Tabasco or Sriracha sauce)
Black Pepper (sprinkles)
1 Tablespoon Mustard
Firstly mix the soy sauce, mustard, honey, ginger & chilli sauce in a bowl then set aside.
Sprinkle a little salt & black pepper over the salmon & heat up a skillet with a little bit of oil. Once hot, add the salmon placing it garnish/presentation side down first. Cook for about 3 minutes then turn over and cook for a further 6 minutes (you can cook for a few more minutes if you like it browner). Slowly remove from pan and set aside.
Clean out the pan and heat up again. Once hot, add the soy sauce mixture and cook for about 3 minutes. You’ll notice the sauce will thicken. Coat the Salmon with the glaze (you can use a pastry brush or spoon). Garnish with spring onions…… Bon Appétit!!!! 😊
