Super Easy Thai Beef Stir-Fry

This is a simple Thai inspired recipe. I love making my dishes simple and enjoyable because I know a lot of mums or just people with busy schedules can easily find a better way to enjoy easy homemade recipes. After a long hard day, the last thing you need is something that will take more of your time and energy. These dishes are so simple you’ll be done cooking before you know it! 😊


Beef (cut into strips)
1 Onion
4 Spring Onions
2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
Chilli (to your taste, finely chopped)
Handful Basil Leaves
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger & Garlic
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper


Heat wok until very hot, drizzle some oil in the wok. Add onions, chilli & spring onions, stir until softened. Add beef, sprinkle the black pepper over it, add garlic & ginger and stir until browned and cooked through then add the oyster sauce & stir until meat is well coated. Lastly add a handful of basil leaves. You don’t need to add salt because the oyster sauce is salty enough on it’s own. But if you do just add very little). Serve with boiled rice or egg noodles…… Bon Appétit!!!! 😊

    1. Of course it is, you can also use dark soy sauce!
