Grilled Fiery Lemon & Herb Red Snappers






Besides Sea Bass, Red Snappers is another delicious type fish which I love. It’s very tasty and really easy to
cook. If you fancy s healthy meal, this is it! 😊


6 Red Snappers (Ask your fish monger to clean it for you)
3 Spring Onions
1 Handful Fresh Basil Leaves
Knorr Cubes (to your taste)
Salt (to your taste)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
3 Scotch Bonnets (hot chilli, optional)
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Lime (juice)


Firstly wash the fish thoroughly with lime or lemon. Though the fish monger would have cleaned it, I still like to clean it with lime or lemon just so it kills of the smell and bacteria. After that, score the fish on the sides and season with salt. Finally make your marinade by placing all the other ingredients in a food processor & blitz!! Marinate the fish with half of the marinade (using a pastry brush or spoon) and set the other half of the marinade aside. Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees for about 10 minutes then place the fish in the oven then reduce heat. Grill until browned and flip over, then add some more marinade. Once browned, take it out of the oven, brush with the remaining marinade (or dip) & serve on a bed of Leafy Salad. Bon Appétit!!!!
