Roasted Mayonaise Chicken


This is a really easy recipe, great for celebrations and small parties. If you love your chicken grilled yet still very moist, this is the recipe for you.


Chicken Wings
2-4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (Low Fat)
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger & Garlic
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1 Bunch Fresh Coriander
3 Spring Onions
3 Scotch Bonnets (chilli optional)
Salt, knorr cubes & Black Pepper (to season)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil


Place the chicken wings in a bowl (don’t forget to wash thoroughly with lime or lemon first), season with salt & black pepper. Add mustard then garlic & ginger. Place the chilli, coriander, spring onions & olive oil in a food processor then blitz. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and mix (using your hands) until well combined. Roast in the oven for about 40 minutes. If it’s burning just cover until done but it shouldn’t anyway. Serve with salad & garlic bread or any food of your choice. Bon Appétit!!!! 😘
