Shrimp Pasta Cocktail

So on the night I made this deliciousness,my friends & I had a blast!! It started off with one of my friends Tomi asking me to cook for her & of course I agreed. So she finely chopped all the necessary ingredients and got everything ready, then I cooked. My other friend Chef Dudu decided it would be fun to come up with a name & another friend Hanifa captured the beautiful moments with her camera hahaha! Loved it. Toonday missed out all the fun but he joined us in the end, Vanessa was nowhere to be found when all the fun was going down. Lastly Aisha washed up all the dishes. Now doesn’t this sound like a wonderful evening!!! Hehe!!!!😊

Ingredients

2 Cups Penne Pasta
1 Tomato
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Scotch Bonnet (chilli)
1/2 Onion
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup Shrimps/King Prawns (cooked & peeled)
1/4 Green Bell Pepper
1 Carrot
2 Tablespoons Warm Water
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt (to your taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
2 Knorr Cubes (or to your taste)
1 Spring Onion (to garnish)

Method

Firstly cook the pasta and set aside.
Heat up a wok or saucepan, add olive oil and a bit of butter, sauté the onions until softened, add the prawns and stir fry for about 5 minutes, then add the chilli. Keep stirring, add salt, thyme, black pepper & knorr cubes. Add the vegetables and let it simmer for about 2 minutes & lastly add the pasta & mix until well combined. Garnish with spring onions (the greens). Bon Appétit!!!! 😊
