Spicy Garnished Lamb


What I love the most about this recipe is that it can be done with any meat or fish of your choice. I’ve done mine really hot & spicy but you can do it to your taste.


Lamb Shoulder
Salt (to taste)
1 Onion
2 Knorr Cubes
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic & Ginger
1 Bunch Fresh Coriander
4 Spring Onions
2 Scotch Bonnet Chillies
Drizzle of Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper


Firstly wash the meat throughly with lime or lemon, add salt & black pepper then you can fry or grill the set aside. In a food processor, add the rest of the ingredients and blitz. Then get a clean sauce pan, once hot, add some olive oil & onions. Once the onions have softened, add the meat & finally coat with the marinade you blended together. Voilà!!! There you have it!
