Culinary classes are so much fun! There’s nothing as amazing as sharing your knowledge with others. The passion I have in everything I do is endless and I love sharing the experience with others. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic & ginger
1 tsp chilli flakes
3 tsp ground turmeric
– 750g/1lb 10oz chicken breast cut I to strips 4 big fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
3 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon, juice only
Heat the oil and butter in the pan and fry the onions, garlic and ginger for about 5 minutes until softened.
In a separate bowl, mix the chilli flakes, turmeric and salt together until well combined, then add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Add the chicken to the pan and stir fry for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Now stir in the freshly chopped tomatoes, add minced ginger, cumin and coriander into the pan, then reduce the heat until the mixture is just simmering. Add a little bit of water and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20-30 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally and add a bits of water every now and again otherwise the mixture tends to be a little too dry.
Finally add the lemon juice, to taste. This can be served with Basmati Rice or Naan Bread then garnish with freshly chopped coriander and chilli flakes. Bon Appétit!!!!😘
