Traditional Mango Lassi

 I love this drink because it’s very nutritious; filled with lots of flavours giving it that wonderful aroma. It’s also a drink that originates from Asia so I love the fact that it’s a very traditional, yet a very modern milkshake type of drink.

1 Big Large Ripe Mango
1 Cup Unsweetened Yoghurt
4 Pods Cardamon
Honey or Sugarto your taste
Pinch of Saffron

Place all the ingredients together in a food processor and blitz. Then Serve Chilled. Garnish with a pinch of Saffron and Fresh mangoes.
